UPDATE: November 2021 Elections

Woodfin

Refer to our earlier post on the November 2021 municipal elections.  As an update to that post, we have heard from some respected sources that the people that currently hold the Woodfin seats are conservative and have been doing good work for the town – this is true, even though two are not Republicans.  We have heard from the sources that they are supporting these candidates in their bids to win another term:

  • Jackie W. Bryson
  • Debra Giezentanner
  • Don Hensley

We also listened to those same sources when they said that they believe several candidates for those seats lean far to the left:

  • Eric Patrick Edgerton
  • Jim McAllister
  • Hazel Thornton
  • Linwood Leonard Nichols

Weaverville

There are CONSERVATIVE candidates on the ballot for the municipal election on November 2nd, 2021.
