Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media accounts for First Tuesday, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with team members and other conservative organizations to develop and implement social media strategies to promote our initiatives and events.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Work with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with First Tuesday’s goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and how to effectively utilize them for advocacy and outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Reliable and able to commit to regular volunteer hours.
