Sponsored by The City of Asheville, Buncombe County, Self-Help Ventures Fund (“Self-Help”), Carolina Small Business, and Mountain BizWorks, the Mountain Community Capital Fund (MCCF) is aimed at providing debt financing to small business enterprises within the city of Asheville and Buncombe County.

The Operating Committee shall be comprised of two (2) members of City staff to be appointed by the City of Asheville, two (2) members of County staff to be appointed by Buncombe County, two (2) community stakeholders to be appointed by the City of Asheville and two (2) community stakeholders to be appointed by Buncombe County, as well as representatives of Participating Lenders.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings

The Mountain Community Capital Fund Operating Committee typically meets monthly on the first Friday of the month. The next meeting will take place on Friday, December 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The meetings are broadcast live and also recorded.
