Meetings begin with a closed session that typically starts at 4:00 p.m.\, and the general session begins at 5:30 p.m. \nMembers of the public wishing to speak will need to come to Entrance “B.” Doors will open at 4:45 p.m.\, and speakers must be signed in no later than 5:15 p.m. to complete entrance screening procedures.
