SUMMARY:Asheville Board of Adjustment Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The next meeting for Board of Adjustment meeting is scheduled for September 26\, 2022 at 2 p.m. This meeting will be held in-person at City Hall (North Conference Room).  \nThe City of Asheville’s Board of Adjustment has jurisdiction to hear cases regarding variance requests from the provisions of the Unified Development Ordinance. Additionally\, the Board of Adjustment has jurisdiction to hear appeals regarding interpretations of the Unified Development Ordinance\, Floodplain Ordinance\, Housing Code Ordinance\, and Historic District Guidelines. \nThe Board of Adjustment meets once a month on the fourth Monday of the month.  Visit their website for more information. \nHOW TO FOLLOW THE LIVE MEETING \nCall toll-free to listen to the meeting on your phone: Call 855-925-2801 Meeting Code: 9255. Your phone will be muted but you will be able to hear what is happening in the meeting. \nWatch the stream on the Engagement Page or the City’s YouTube Channel \nLive Call-In Only \nPublic comment will only be taken from a live speaker queue.
