SUMMARY:Asheville City Board of Education Regular Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Asheville Board of Education meets on the first and second Monday of each month.  Typically\, the board holds its Regular meeting on the second Monday of the month.  Public comments may be offered at the Regular meetings\, but the board is not obliged to listen or respond to your remarks.  Just say what you want (for three minutes) and then shut up and let them do what they want with your children. \n\nAsheville City Schools holds its meetings at the Administrative Offices Board Room.\nThe Board of Education may call additional/special meetings as needed.\nThe Board does not conduct work sessions during July and no regular meetings during July and January.\nBoth Work Sessions and Regular Meetings will begin at 5:00 PM.\nThe public may access meeting materials on their website.\n\nFor the 2021-2022 school year\, all public school units shall adopt a policy regarding the use of face coverings by employees and students.
